Why the app supports WIFI and does not support global network (cyberspace)? U does not need the app when u're in reach of WIFI! It is useless
But U need to lookout video when u are FAR from your home \ office wifi! But style - using static IP \ DDNS \ port forwarding to make CAM visible in cyberspace. And u need to connect to that cam using android APP!
BUT HOW?

How to view when URE ARE NOT IN range of your dwelling\part wifi?
If your distance to home\part wifi signal x kilometers? )? Only way u can access the cam - wan IP
But your app does not support Straight WAN IP CONNECTION, that is very strange. U take all the needed in app, only the main option is MISSED.
